In order to register your child you will need to complete the following-
1- Schedule a tour
2- Complete and submit application form

3- Pay annual registration fee of $100
4- Submit birth certificate for confirmation of ID. We will need to see an original document, it will be viewed, documented and returned.
5- Submit a copy of the immunization records. These will be kept on file.
6- Complete and submit intake forms
