Full Time Pulpit minister
Key Responsibilities
*Sunday morning sermons
*Lead Bible Classes on Sunday mornings and weekday adult bible classes
*Oversee and coordinate Sunday Morning Worship Service for a multi-generational congregation.
*Coordinate with Elders, Staff, and Ministry Leaders for consistent application of mission statement, guiding principles, vision statement, and core values
*Work with Elders and Staff to develop a plan for Church growth
* Minister to church members as needed, including counseling, sick visits, and other needs
*Foster discipleship in church members
*Work with community groups to foster relationships that extend beyond Sundays
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Bible preferred
*Experience as a minister at a Church of Christ church preferred
